FAQ

Common questions about files, tracks, credits and plans.

Is it free?

Yes. The free plan splits a file into 2 tracks (vocals and instrumental), exports MP3 at 128 kbps, and gives 5 credits a week — one credit per started minute of audio, up to 5 minutes per file. Premium removes the file-length limit and the weekly cap, and adds more tracks, formats and bitrate — see plans.

What can I send it?

An audio file, a voice message, a video or a video note — see supported files. A forwarded Telegram story isn't supported directly; send the underlying video file instead.

How many tracks can I split into?

2 on the free plan. Premium adds 4-track and 6-track separation (lead and backing vocals, drums, bass, guitar, other) — see tracks and stems.

What formats can I export?

MP3 at 128 kbps on the free plan. Premium adds M4A and lossless WAV, and lets you pick up to 320 kbps — see export formats.

Can I use it in a group chat?

Yes — add the bot as an administrator and mention it in the file's caption. See using it in a group.

What happens to my processed files?

They're saved to your history and, by default, listed in the bot's public catalogue so anyone can find them by artist or title through inline search. You can hide any of your requests from that catalogue at any time.

How do the weekly credits work?

Every started minute of audio costs one credit. The free plan gets 5, reset every Monday at 00:00 CET. Premium has no credit limit — see credits and limits.

Where do I pay and can I cancel?

Inside the bot: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars and crypto. Cancel any time; a 14-day refund applies to the first purchase — see the refund policy.
