Questions people ask before sending the first file
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan splits a file into 2 tracks (vocals and instrumental), exports MP3, and gives 5 credits a week — one credit per started minute of audio, up to 5 minutes per file. Premium removes the file-length limit and the weekly cap, and adds more tracks and formats.
What can I send it?
An audio file, a voice message, a video or a video note. A forwarded Telegram story is not supported directly — send the underlying video file instead.
How many tracks can I split into?
2 on the free plan (vocals / instrumental). Premium adds 4-track (vocals, drums, bass, other) and 6-track (lead and backing vocals, drums, bass, guitar, other) separation.
What formats can I export?
MP3 at 128 kbps on the free plan. Premium adds M4A and lossless WAV, and lets you pick up to 320 kbps for MP3/M4A.
Can I use it in a group chat?
Yes. Add @voice_remover_bot to the group as an administrator, then mention @voice_remover_bot in the caption of the file you send — without the mention the bot does not pick it up.
What happens to my processed files?
They are saved to your history and, by default, listed in the bot's public catalogue so anyone can find them by artist or title through inline search. You can hide any of your requests from that catalogue at any time.
How do the weekly credits work?
Every started minute of audio costs one credit. The free plan gets 5 credits, reset every Monday at 00:00 CET. Premium has no credit limit.
Where do I pay and can I cancel?
Inside the bot: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars and crypto. Cancel any time; a 14-day refund applies to the first purchase.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from inside the bot — cancellation prevents future charges, and your Premium access continues until the end of the current period.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never touch MadBots servers. The provider manages billing, receipts, VAT and chargebacks on our behalf.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and a range of local payment methods depending on your region — selectable at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. Email support@madbots.dev with your order ID; refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days. Renewals are not refundable, but cancelling stops any further charge.
