Terms of use
Last updated October 14, 2026
MADBOTS LIMITED (the "Company", "we", "us"), operates the Telegram bot @voice_remover_bot, its mini app and this website (the "Service").
Acceptance of terms
By starting a chat with @voice_remover_bot, adding it to a group, opening its mini app or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by Telegram's own Terms of Service. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the Service.
What the Service does
Voice Remover accepts an audio file, voice message, video or video note you send it and returns separated vocal and instrumental tracks, produced by automated AI source separation. You are responsible for having the right to process and redistribute the audio you send — including music you don't hold the rights to. The bot does not verify ownership or licensing of any file you submit.
Your responsibilities
- You add the bot to a group only where you are an administrator or have the owner's permission, and only mention it on files you have the right to process.
- You do not use the Service for spam, harassment, unlawful content, or activity that endangers the network or other users.
- A processed file may be listed in the bot's public catalogue and returned to other users through inline search unless you hide it — see the privacy policy and credits and limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
Plans, subscriptions and renewals
A paid plan grants access to the features and limits listed on the pricing page for the billing period you selected (a month, three months or a year).
The Premium plan can be tried free for 1 day, once per account. A trial ends automatically; nothing is charged unless you buy the plan.
Who we are
The Service is operated by MADBOTS LIMITED, a private company incorporated in Hong Kong and registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry, at Unit 909, Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. You can reach us at support@madbots.dev or @madbots_support_bot on Telegram.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Telegram in your country and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it.
Your account
Your account is your Telegram account: we identify you by the user ID Telegram sends us. Keep your Telegram account secure — anyone with access to it can manage your settings, chats and subscription. Tell us at support@madbots.dev if you believe someone else is using your account.
Prohibited use
You may not:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that harasses, threatens or defames anyone;
- publish unlawful content, or content you have no right to republish;
- attempt to bypass limits, quotas, plan restrictions or access controls, or probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities;
- resell, sublicense or automate access to the Service outside the features it offers;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or to scrape it;
- impersonate another person, or connect a chat you have no right to manage.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section without a refund.
Intellectual property
The Service — its software, interface, texts, documentation, logos and marks — belongs to MADBOTS LIMITED and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as it is offered, for as long as these Terms are in force.
Content you route through the Service stays with you and its authors. We claim no ownership of it and process it only to perform the functions you switched on. You are responsible for having the right to use and republish that content.
Third parties
The Service runs on Telegram and works with services we do not control: the platforms you follow, language-model providers, payment providers, and our hosting and infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the flow, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or content.
Content we do not control
Our bots are automated tools: they act on the links, sources and chats you choose. We do not review, pre-moderate or curate that content before it is processed. The automatic checks we run (for example, labelling adult content) only apply plan settings and Telegram's rules — they do not approve content. The content belongs to its authors and platforms, and responsibility for requesting, keeping and republishing it rests with the user who asked for it.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property and act on notices of infringement. If you believe that content delivered through one of our bots infringes your copyright or other rights, write to support@madbots.dev with the subject "Copyright complaint" and include:
- a description of the work and evidence that you own the rights or act on behalf of the owner;
- the material concerned: a link to the original content, the name of the bot and, if you have them, links to the Telegram messages or chats where it appears;
- your name and contact details;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder or by law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We review complete notices promptly, usually within a few working days. If a notice is justified, we delete our cached copies of the material and the references to it, so that our bots stop serving it from cache, and we may restrict the user or the source involved. Repeated infringement is a ground for terminating access.
Files already delivered are stored by Telegram in the recipients' chats, and we cannot delete them from other people's chats; notices about them can also be sent to Telegram at dmca@telegram.org.
If your content was restricted because of a complaint and you believe this is a mistake, write to the same address with an explanation. We will review it and may pass it on to the person who complained.
Payments and subscriptions
Plans, billing periods, renewals, taxes and payment methods are described on the payments page. Refunds and cancellation are described in the refund policy.
Term and termination
These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. You may stop at any time: block the bot, unlink your chats, or cancel your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination the licence above ends; sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
Changes to the Service
We develop the Service continuously and may add, change or remove features, limits and plans. We may also suspend it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we announce it in advance in the @madbots channel.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular source, platform or feature will remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MADBOTS LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold MADBOTS LIMITED harmless from claims, damages and reasonable legal costs brought by a third party because of the content you routed through the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
If something goes wrong, write to support@madbots.dev first: we try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days, and most of them end there. If that fails, the dispute is subject to the courts of Hong Kong SAR, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings where you live.
Electronic communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically — in Telegram, in the mini app or by email — and that electronic messages, approvals and receipts satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the privacy policy, the payments page and the refund policy, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business.

Privacy policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
MADBOTS LIMITED ("we"), operates @voice_remover_bot and collects only the data needed to run it.
Data we collect
- Telegram user ID, username, first and last name, language code — provided by Telegram when you message the bot.
- Groups you connect — the ID, title and type of every group you add the bot to.
- Files you send and their results — the audio, voice message, video or video note you submit, and the separated tracks produced from it (title, artist and cover art when detected). Files are kept as part of your request history and, unless you hide a request, are also returned to other users through inline search of the public catalogue.
- Settings — your chosen track separation, export format and bitrate.
- Credits — how many minutes of audio you've processed this week, used to enforce the free plan's weekly limit.
- Payment metadata — order ID, plan, billing period, amount, payment method, and an email address if you provided one for receipts. Card details are stored exclusively by the payment provider.
- Aggregate analytics — anonymised counts of users, groups and processed requests.
How we use it
To process the files you send, to apply your settings, to bill your plan, to show you your request history and statistics, to provide support, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Sharing with third parties
- Telegram — every message and file is routed through Telegram; see the Telegram privacy policy.
- Payment providers — process payments under their own PCI-DSS scope; receive only the data required for billing.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, databases, storage and the processing servers that run the separation models, under data-processing agreements.
- Other users — a processed request is visible to other users through inline search of the public catalogue unless you hide it.
Deleting your data
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email support@madbots.dev with your Telegram user ID to delete the whole account.
Legal bases
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies to you, we process your data on these bases: performance of a contract (running the bot and your subscription), legitimate interests (keeping the Service secure, preventing abuse, improving it with aggregate statistics), consent (features you switch on yourself, such as AI processing or a connected account — you can withdraw it at any time by switching the feature off), and legal obligation (accounting and tax records).
How long we keep it
We keep data while your account uses it, and no longer than we need it:
- settings and configuration — until you delete them or delete your account;
- operational logs — pruned on a rolling basis;
- billing records — for as long as accounting and tax law requires, typically seven years;
- support correspondence — up to three years.
When we no longer need data, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use access control, encryption in transit, isolated infrastructure and least-privilege access for staff. Only the people who need it can reach production data. No service can promise perfect security, but we treat a breach as an incident: we investigate, fix and notify affected users and, where required, the competent authority.
International transfers
We and our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and equivalent mechanisms elsewhere.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
Write to support@madbots.dev from the address you use with us, or message @madbots_support_bot with your Telegram user ID. We answer within 30 days. We never charge for this, and we never make the Service worse for you because you exercised a right.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in the United States, the state privacy laws that apply to you may give you the rights above plus the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal data — we do neither: we do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. Telegram's own minimum age applies as well. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to support@madbots.dev and we will delete it.
Cookies, local storage and tracking
Our websites carry no advertising and no cross-site tracking. They store one value in your browser — the language you chose — so the site opens in it next time. The mini app stores what it needs to keep you signed in inside Telegram.
Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; there is nothing for them to switch off.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the Service or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and material changes are announced in the @madbots channel.

Payments and subscriptions
Last updated September 9, 2026
A plan for @voice_remover_bot is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually. This page explains how the money side works; what each plan includes is on the pricing page.
How buying works
Plans are bought inside Telegram: open @voice_remover_bot, choose a plan, and the bot opens a secure checkout link on our domain or a Telegram payment sheet. You never send card details to the bot or to us in a chat.
What you pay
The price you see in the payment sheet is the price you pay. Prices are shown in euro and may be adjusted for your region. A plan grants the features and limits listed on the pricing page for the billing period you chose.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period so the Service does not stop. The renewal is charged at the price you agreed, unless we sent a price-change notice at least 30 days in advance. You can turn renewal off at any time — see refunds and cancellation.
Payment methods
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Telegram Stars, crypto and local payment methods depending on your region. The available methods are shown at checkout.
Card security
Payments are processed by our payment providers on our behalf. Card details are stored by the provider inside its own PCI-DSS scope and never reach our servers. The provider is responsible for billing, receipts, tax calculation and remittance (including EU VAT) and chargeback handling.
Receipts and taxes
A receipt is issued for every successful payment and sent to the email address you gave at checkout. VAT and local sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before you pay.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, the provider retries it for a few days. Meanwhile the plan stays active; if no payment arrives, the account drops to the free plan and your settings are kept — a later payment restores everything.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellation are described in the refund policy.

Refund policy
Last updated September 5, 2026
This policy applies to the plan purchased for @voice_remover_bot from MADBOTS LIMITED. Refunds are processed by our payment providers on our behalf.
First purchase
We refund the first purchase of a plan within 14 days if the Service has not been substantially used. Write to support@madbots.dev with your order details and your Telegram user ID, and we pass the request to the payment provider.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Because a subscription starts immediately, you ask us to begin performance right away when you buy; that does not take your withdrawal right away, and our 14-day refund above covers the same period.
Renewals and cancellation
Renewal payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops future charges, and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel in the mini app or by writing to support@madbots.dev.
Trials
A trial is free and ends by itself. Nothing is charged during a trial, so there is nothing to refund.
Telegram Stars and crypto
Payments made with Telegram Stars are refunded in Stars, under Telegram's own rules. Crypto payments are refunded at the amount received, in the same asset; network fees and exchange-rate movement between payment and refund are not compensated.
Processing time
An approved refund reaches the original payment method in 5–10 business days. The exact timing belongs to your bank or provider, not to us.
Chargebacks
If something looks wrong with a charge, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve most cases in a day. A chargeback opened without contacting us first may suspend the account until it is settled.
When we say no
We may refuse a refund in cases of fraud or abuse, repeated chargebacks, use that breaches the terms of use, or a request made long after the purchase. A temporary outage of a single external platform is not a ground for a refund.
